Ghanaian SMEs Amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic: Evaluating the Influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation

Entrepreneurial orientation has recently been touted as a tool for solving enterprise failures in emerged and emerging economies especially during after an epidemic. This study aims at understanding the impact of entrepreneurial on performance Ghanaian food processing industry by assessing mediating effects innovation types intellectual property. Data were collected from 702 owners/managers via survey questionnaires. The data analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to test hypothesis Smart PLS software. findings show that orientation, types, property positively significantly influenced performance. Furthermore, results indicated mediation full partial, respectively. Useful policy implications are further proposed discussed based results.
